California Club Homes

The entrance sign to this triangular shaped community lists 3 community names: California Club Homes, Greenbrook Homes and Woodridge Villas. The legal name of the majority of the subdivision is Sky Lake Villas. The community built between 1978 and 1980 offers several housing options. The majority of one and two story single family homes are located in the center of the community on lots ranging from 4500 to 6000 square feet with a private courtyard pool and a 2 car garage. Woodridge Villas are townhouse / condo style units attached via a wall between the garages and are located on the north side of the community. Some of these units also have a private courtyard pool. Many of the homes in the community have been extensively updated. The association restricts leasing of a newly purchased property for the first 2 years of ownership and no investor purchased homes. Only minutes to shopping malls, restaurants, Aventura and Hallandale Beach.
