The Casa de Campo property previously had an large aquatic center on the north side of the development with an Olympic size pool and facilities for training swim teams and teaching children how to swim. The original plat for the "Karenero Falls" subdivision was done by the developer, Zingg Homes, L.C., who began building in 1998. The development was purchased by Casa de Campo Developments, LLC in December, 2002, which completed by 2004 the rest of the 72 homes. The community was gated in 2013 and named Casa de Campo. The one and two story homes feature barrel tile roofs, brick driveways & walkways, vaulted & tray ceilings, 1 & 2 car garages (a couple garages have been converted for a 5th bedroom), Mediterranean bricked courtyards or pools with bricked decks. Interior lots are approximately 5000 to 6000 square feet with larger corner lots. The largest lot in the development is 8990 square feet.
