Chantarelle by the Bay Private & Gated Communities

Chantarelle by the Bay is a family oriented gated community located in the Town of Cutler Bay. The community has been developed in sections with the original period between the years of 1988 to 1995. Some vacant lots were then developed between 2005 and 2008. Even more vacant lots were developed between 2013 to 2015. A private swimmable fresh water lake and beaches is located in the center of the single family home community close to Black Point Marina, good schools, various local restaurants, shopping and historic Old Cutler Road.
