Enchanted Lake

The majority of homes in the Enchanted Lake community front either on a lake or 6 cul-de-sac finger peninsulas surrounded by channels on both sides leading to EnchantedLake. The spring-fed lake is ideal to swim, sail, jet ski, wind surfing and kayaking. Sparling Lake has a very shallow outlet for small boats or jet skis to connect to a canal that leads to Enchanted Lake then south via the Oleta River to Maule Lake to the Intracoastal Waterway. The community originally developed with 1950's to 1970's styled homes that have been completely renovated and expanded or torn down for modern homes to be constructed. Most homes take advantage of wonderful outdoor living with private swimming pools to enjoy the serenity of this tropical paradise. There are 2 guard gated entrances into the community plus Florida Highway Police patrolled.
