Golden Gate Estates is a prestigious community between the intercoastal and Ocean Blvd just south of Golden Beach, Florida. The mediterranean style homes were built between 1997 and 2000 and include quality touches such as custom wood, crown moldings, granite counters, marble floors and cathedral ceilings. Community amenities include a marina on the intercoastal with no fixed bridges, easy ocean access, beach access, tennis court, and a children's playground. The community has a guard gate and security patrol.
