Modern 75

Modern Doral was originally platted as one not gated subdivision known as Doral Commons Residential. The Terra Group re-envisioned the development into three gated communities totaling 319 single family contemporary homes now known as Modern 45, Modern 60 and Modern 75 boasting the Miami Modernist Architecture that differentiates this community from the traditional Doral neighborhoods. Construction started in 2017 and should finish in 2018.

The 74 ultra-luxury 2 story homes in Modern 75 are mostly 5 or 6 bedrooms and 5 to 6 bathrooms with over 4000 square feet. The majority of homes enjoy private swimming pools.
