Many of the homes have been significantly remodeled or torn down to make room for new luxury contemporary homes. The family friendly community has a wonderful park with a children's play area. Excellent public and private schools in the area include Pinecrest schools and the highly regarded private Gulliver Academy & Preparatory school located just on the north side of the community.
