Riverfront is an urban complex of 3 condo towers, "Mint", "Wind" and "The Ivy", located on the north bank of the Miami River on the edge of the downtown business district. The panoramic views from all 3 buildings encompass the unobstructed view of the Miami River, the $1 billion Brickell City Centre opened in 2017, the Brickell skyline and the downtown skyline. The complex features 24/7 manned gated entrance, gourmet market, coffee shop, delicatessen, beauty salon and dry cleaners in the complex. Each building has 24 hour concierge and valet service. The Ivy that rises 45 stories was developed by Key International and opened in July, 2008. The original site plan of the Riverfront complex included a fourth residential tower plus another 22 story building west of the existing three towers consisting of a retail center to incorporate the Miami Riverwalk and the Riverwalk Metro Station into the development. The fourth phase sat undeveloped until 2017 when the planned One River Point building will begin construction towards the end of the year. The complex is walking to Brickell City Centre, restaurants, financial centers MetroRail and public transportation.
