San Simeon

San Simeon is surrounded on all 4 sides by a previously existing golf course the land of which may be scheduled for redevelopment. The 8 two story townhouse style condo buildings on the north side of the community were constructed between 1984 and 1991. The units are either 3 or 2 bedrooms and 2 or 2.5 baths ranging in size between 1220 and 1490 square feet. Many units have recently been tastefully upgraded. The rest of the community south of the condos are two story single family homes built between 1991 and 1994 ranging in size between 1500 and 2600 square feet. Most of the homes with lot size ranging from 3000 to 4600 square feet are around 7 cul-de-sac streets. The association rule does not permit leasing a property the first 2 years of ownership.
