Sky Lake Villas, built between 1977 and 1978, was the first section constructed which later became part of a larger development. The attached one story villa / patio homes are 2 or 3 bedrooms ranging from approximately 1700 to 2500 square feet of living area on lots ranging from 3660 to 5000 square feet.
