Snapper Village is a condo community just west of Snapper Creek built between 1975 and 1980. Many of the structures are 2 stories and function like townhouses but are legally condo. There are some condo buildings within the community. Amenities include clubhouse, lagoon style pool & Jacuzzi, exercise room, 3 lighted tennis courts, lake to fish with jog / walk paths, kids play area, 24/7 guard gate security plus roving security. Snapper Village is approximately 1.5 miles from Town & County Shops plus quick access to Turnpike and Palmetto Expressways.
