Sunset Islands 3&4

Sunset Islands are 4 interconnected man-made islands that feature just what the name implies: beautiful sunsets overlooking Biscayne Bay. Sunset I and II are located via a bridge from the upper portion of North Bay Road. Sunset III and IV are the 2 southernmost islands via another bridge from North Bay Road. The islands enjoy privacy with 24 hour manned security gates at both access points. The islands have a combination of interior properties and waterfront homes with private boat dockage and immediate access to Biscayne Bay, the Intracoastal Waterway and no fixed bridges to the Atlantic Ocean. The island's real estate community is predominantly single family homes. Many of the mid-century homes have been totally renovated or demolished to make way for brand new homes.
