The property amenities also include a 15,000 sq ft private club with gourmet restaurant and room service, concierge, fitness center, spa, salon, lap and an island pool, and 24 hour security. The Gables Club Tower One was built in 1996 and Gables Club Tower Two was built in 2003. Each tower originally featured 99 luxury residences but a few units have been combined for large luxury units. Condo range from 2 to 6 bedrooms sized between 1500 to over 10,000 square feet.
