The Moorings

A gated cul-de-sac waterfront community of 39 single family homes located just south of the center of Coconut Grove off Main Highway. The majority of homes are distinctive 1926 to 1936 Mediterranean style estate homes updated in luxurious detail and share the enclave with some newer homes. The Moorings is down the street from great restaurants, bars and shops. Residents enjoy a small park and boat docks with direct access to Biscayne Bay.
